The Holy Spirit is Working in You!

“Peace be unto your house” (Luke 10:5)

The Holy Bible is filled with mysteries and untold revelations. Jesus often told his disciples to negate the passing on of certain information until a predestined release date? The Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) are filled with accounts of Jesus’ orders to those he healed, “go your way and tell nobody what was done.” Why all the mysterious blanks in scriptural revelation? God intends for us to have a relationship with His Spirit (The Holy Ghost), and subsequently learn to hear His voice through the “still small voice” which directs our paths by perpetually “renewing our minds.” When a person masters the art of heeding the Holy Spirit, he or she can read between the lines of scripture and understand unwritten mysteries while seeing untold visions. The following scriptures support this faithful point of view, beginning with an invitation from the Lord which urges us all too…

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. (Isaiah 1:18)

John 21: 24-25

24This is the disciple who testifies to these things and who wrote them down. We know that his testimony is true.

25Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.

Mark 9:9

And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead

 Revelation 10:4

Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down.”

 Why all of the mystery?

John 14: 25-27

25These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.  26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, (through revelation and practice) and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.  27Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Isaiah 1:18

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

2nd Corinthians 3:12-18

12Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. 13We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away. 14But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. 15Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts. 16But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

18And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

KJV

18But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to gloryeven as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Revelation and Understanding which is unwritten in scripture but revealed by the Holy Spirit strengthens and builds powerful relationships between God and His elect. (Elder Rod, 2012)
